  • Before making any plan to visit this charming valley of flowers, make sure you discover some required information about weather and road conditions.
  • Also, keep in the head that access to this valley of flowers is only allowed during daylight hours from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tourists can enter the valley until 2 p.m. But after 2 p.m, there will be given no access to this valley of flowers.
  • Make sure, you also bring some clothes in case you get drenched in the rain.

Best time to visit 

Best Time To Visit Valley Of Flowers – July and August are recommended months of the year when you can plan to visit the Valley of Flowers. But also keep the entry timings of the valley in your head and try to come here as early as possible. The valley opens from 7:00 a.m till 5 p.m in the evening and after 2 p.m, there will be no entry into this valley.

HOW TO REACH

By Flight

Jolly Grant Airport seems to be the nearest airport to the Valley of Flowers. The airport is well-connected to Delhi through daily flight services.

By Train

Rishikesh is the nearest railway station to the Valley. And once you reach the railway station, you can take a bus or taxi to reach Govind Ghat. from Govindghat, you have to trek around 16 km to reach the valley.

By Road

Valley of Flowers is connected up to Govind Ghat with motor-able roads.
